How will you help NANN make a difference for neonatal nurses, patients, and their families? As a NANN member, you have several opportunities to support the neonatal nurse community, while networking and connecting with colleagues. Here's how you can get involved:

Serve as a Leader of the Association 

The NANN Board of Directors and NANN-AP Council play an integral role in the NANN community helping to advance the association's strategic initiatives. Members who are passionate about leadership and making a difference are invited to apply for open positions on the NANN Board of Directors or NANN-AP Council during our annual Call for Nominations. Serving in a leadership role allows you to influence the direction of NANN and contribute to the growth and development of neonatal nursing.

Share Your Time and Talents Through Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteering with NANN is a rewarding way to give back to the neontal nursing community. We encourage NANN members to extend their volunteerism beyond the walls of their NICUs! Whether you have a lot of time to give or just a little, there are various ways to share your talents. Committee offerings vary by year, and new opportunities can arise at any time. By joining MyNANN's Volunteer Network, you'll be the firt to know about these opportunities. NANN’s Call for Volunteers will be accepting applications April 1- May 26 in the following areas:

Lend Your Voice to our MyNANN Community Forum

The MyNANN community forum is an exclusive space where members can connect with fellow neonatal nurses, nurse practitioners, and clinical nurse specialists through NANN's exclusive. This platform allows you to discuss protocols, best practices, and the latest in neonatal news with nurses from all over the world. By participating in these discussions, you can share your knowledge, learn from others, and stay informed about the latest developments in neonatal nursing.

Grow Your Local Connections Through Chapter Membership

NANN's chapters serve more than 2,000 members at the grassroots level, with a presence in over thirty states. Chapters offer unique opportunities for advocacy, continuing education, and professional development.
