NANN's 2025 Delegation to Sweden

In February 2025, NANN conducted a delegation to Stockholm, Sweden, for a high-level, in-depth international exchange. Sweden leads the world in reducing neonatal mortality, at 1.8 per thousand per live birth in 2021, and a 20% reduction in infant mortality over the last ten years. The goal of this delegation was to observe and learn about the programs, methods, and unique approaches to increasing survival rates for neonates. The 2025 delegation was led by NANN President Taryn Edwards.
