What does a hybrid meeting mean?
NANN's 38th Annual Conference will be a hybrid meeting, meaning we will offer both in-person and virtual attendance options. In-person attendees travel to Las Vegas and experience the conference live at the Paris Hotel and Casino. Virtual attendees stream sessions in real time or on demand from anywhere in the world. Although some sessions will be livestreamed, all sessions will be pre-recorded and uploaded to the conference website, which all attendees will have access to through December 31, 2022.

Is there a discount for group registrations this year?
Of course! Conference is always better with friends. Groups of 5 or more NANN members that register for conference together receive $50 off of each registration. Groups must be complete at the time of registration and group discounts cannot be applied after the fact.
How many credit hours are available at this conference?

Can I access conference sessions once the live conference is over?
Yes. All sessions will be recorded and available following the live event. You can watch conference sessions on demand through December 31, 2022 and receive CE after taking the post-test.

Can I purchase the conference to watch on demand after the conference is over?
Yes, the full on-demand conference will be available for registration from May 31, 2022 through December 9, 2022 to allow time for evaluations to be completed before December 31, 2022.

NANN's 38th Annual Conference will be held at the newly renovated Paris Hotel and Casino right in the heart of the Las Vegas strip. What does registration cost for in-person attendance?

Please note: All in-person registrations include a $25 COVID safety fee.

I'd like to come early or stay after the conference. Will the discounted room rate be available before or after conference dates?

What COVID protocols will be in place during the conference?
NANN is committed to the health and safety of all NANN conference participants. Attendees must upload a COVID-19 vaccination card or negative PCR/Rapid PCR test (dated within 72 hours of the event) via the Health Pass by CLEAR app. Click here for more information on Health Pass by CLEAR.

What does the guest pass entail?
The bearer of a guest pass may attend food and social events, excluding preconference events, the business meeting, sponsored symposia, and the NANNP meeting. Guest passes cost $125 and can be purchased via online registration or the downloadable registration form.

What does registration cost for virtual attendance?

Will all conference sessions be livestreamed and accessible on the virtual platform?
All general sessions will be livestreamed and available on the virtual conference platform. During concurrent sessions, one presentation will be livestreamed, and the rest will be posted on demand. The NANN Member Business Meeting will be livestreamed and available to members only.
Will the NANN Preconference be available on demand?
No, the Preconference will only be available in person. Additional registration is required.
Will the APRN Summit presentations be available on demand?
Yes! The APRN Summit presentations will be available on demand. Additional registration is required.
What time zone is the conference in?
NANN's 38th Annual Conference in Las Vegas is in Pacific Daylight Time. Attendees can choose to have sessions displayed in their time zone via the conference website or app.
Does virtual registration include on-demand access?
Yes! All virtual registrants will have full on-demand access to all conference sessions until December 31, 2022.
Is there a virtual exhibit hall?
There is no virtual expo at the 38th Annual Conference, but you will be able to view a list of exhibiting and supporting companies.
Can I attend the SIG discussion forums virtually?
The 38th Annual Conference SIG roundtable discussions will be held in person only.
Can I ask questions for the speaker during the livestream sessions?
During livestream sessions, you can pose questions in the virtual platform chat for the speakers. We have asked presenters to respond to all virtual questions within 24 hours.
Can I chat with other attendees?
Yes! Virtual registrants can use the conference app chat feature to connect with in-person and virtual attendees during conference.
What are the technical requirements needed to participate?
To participate, you need an Internet connection and web browser. For the best viewing experience, we recommend that you join the conference using Google Chrome. Additional detailed instructions for accessing the conference will be sent to all registrants before the virtual conference dates.
